The archive sound source unearthed this time is a live performance at Mandala 2, Tokyo by LITTLE STAR I USED TO LIVE IN 2001.
The Stars had been inactive for three years without a drummer, from Ken Ishihara's departure at the beginning of 2001 until Yasunobu Arakawa joined in May 2004, and this is a very rare archive recording of a one-time performance on July 22, 2001 under the name LITTLE STAR I USED TO LIVE IN. The members were You Ishihara (G, Vo), Michio Kurihara (G), Chiyo Kamekawa (B), and Soichiro Nakamura (ex-WHITE HEAVEN) on keyboards and no drums. Half of the songs are covers, making this an unusual set list and a must-hear live recording for fans.
